Katie & Tom's wedding at Hampton Court House

Hampton Court House Wedding Photos

West London wedding photographer

Katie and Tom’s wedding was the second one I photographed at Hampton Court House over the last year, and I absolutely love the venue. It has so much variety, with lots of quirky little corners, gorgeous old furniture, plus house plants and a beautiful conservatory. What’s not to like! I also love that it backs on to Bushy Park, which is especially stunning for photos at golden hour, as you’ll see in Katie & Tom’s photos. Be aware though that you’ll need to buy a permit to shoot in Bushy Park, which costs around a £100 - the venue should be able to tell you how to apply.

Anyway! Back to Katie and Tom’s big day. We started off at the Park Hotel in Teddington for getting ready photos. The boys popped in for a quick pint with honorary doggy groomsman, which was great, so I could get a few photos at the pub of them too. Otherwise, it was Katie and the girls in the bridal suite with that gorgeous deep green wall paper. I joined them for the last hour or so of finishing touches, before we headed over to Hampton Court House. Katie in a beautiful vintage white wedding car.

Their wedding ceremony took place in the Grand Hall, with the lovely warm light and views over the park. We even had a huge stag visiting! After confetti and some group shots, we took a few photos of Katie and Tom inside the building - it was super hot and sunny out, so we decided to leave outdoor photos for later in the evening, which was so worth it. The reception was super fun and happy with brilliant speeches, then on to cocktails and a quick walk out to Bushy Park for more photos and a bit of time for just Katie and Tom on their own, before cake cutting and dancing. A perfect day!

I also did a highlight film for them:
